Then set the Dial valve back it filter.

If you're going to vacuum on waste or drain fill the Pool up as far as you can go.

If there is a lot of dead algae and settlement on the bottom of the pool,

Clean lines out

Take all the Gizzmos out of the skimmers And take all the plugs out of the returns

Put all the Basket’s back into the skimmers and pumps.

Put all jets or eyeballs into the returns.

Now set the Dial Valve on waste or drain and prime the pump before starting the motor.

When the motor gets going let it run for 15 seconds.

This will get the anti-freeze out of most of the lines.

Do not put the dial valve on filter till you have Vacuumed the Pool and it is clean.

OR till you have shocked it and all the GREEN is gone.

The water will be milky in color.

Then you can set the Valve on filter.

If it is green you want to set the valve on recirculation till it looks like milk.

Shocking Pool
If the pool is green, Shock it with Calcium Hypo Chlorite And use a 60% Algaecide so it won’t come back.

And remember to let the filter run on recirculation till the water turns to a milky white color.

Before setting the valve on filter position.

If you want the water to clear up fast use a Flock.

It will take all the suspended solids to the bottom of the pool in 24 hours.

Then you can Vacuum on waste.

DO NOT MIX ANY CHEMICALS TOGETHER.

NOTE:

If you have a D.E. Filter don’t forget to put

In your D.E. Powder when you can set the valve on filter.

When the pool is vacuumed and clean test your water.

Make sure you keep the Chlorine level 1.5-2.0 ppm.
